On 8 October 2026, I was delighted to welcome our new PhD student Mengkun during the GES PGR Induction event. We shared delicious seafood broth and fungi risotto at Celino’s Italian Restaurant, a lovely way to celebrate the start of Mengkun’s PhD journey.
