Welcome, Eleanor and Haiyu!

We are excited to welcome Eleanor Downie, who joined GIFTS Lab on 1 September 2026, and Haiyu Zhang, who arrived on 16 August 2026 for a six-month visiting PhD placement.

A happy bubble-tea gathering brought four of our students together to welcome the new members. We look forward to the research, conversations and shared adventures ahead!
